NEXWD builds architectural aluminum windows and doors to field dimensions and delivers them to jobsites across the United States. The part that usually goes wrong with an overseas order is everything after the factory — so that part is quoted, scheduled and owned by us.

How an order reaches the jobsite

1. Configuration in writing. Sizes, glazing package and hardware are confirmed with the quotation, including the certified configuration for your climate zone.
2. Production. Built to your field dimensions — a non-standard size is the normal case and carries no surcharge.
3. Ocean freight, customs and duties. Handled by us and included in the same door-to-door figure, not left as an ex-works date.
4. Delivery to the jobsite. One lead time from deposit to delivery, against a real production schedule.
5. Support after delivery. North American certification support for submittals, and on-site technical support within 48 hours anywhere in the country, by request.

• NFRC-certified product lines, listed in the public Certified Products Directory.
• Rated to AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101, the joint U.S. and Canadian fenestration standard.
• ENERGY STAR qualified models, confirmed in writing for your climate zone.
• Fifteen current Miami-Dade Notices of Acceptance and Florida Product Approvals for coastal and impact work.
• CAD/BIM files for the specified configuration, at no charge.
• 10-year standard warranty; optional 20-year transferable glazing cover.

Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality system, and SGS or Bureau Veritas pre-shipment inspection can be commissioned on your own order.
